Docklands Corporate Summer 7’s

East London RFC is hosting the 1st Annual DS7’s tournament on Thursday 19^th of June 2008.  We will be host to 8 corporate teams to competing in 2 groups of 4 with two teams qualifying out of each group and going into the Cup semi final and a supplementary Plate semi final for the other teams.  We will be playing the tournament over 2 pitches and KO for the first game will be 18.30.

It promises to be a hotly contested tournament with some already established rivalries between some of the teams that face off against each other in the City’s Winter Rugby league.  Confirmed teams so far are Merrill Lynch, Citi, Ernst & Young, HSBC, Nomads, RBS/Coutts and Nomura

The new 2007 - 2008 season is nearly upon us.

As at the start of any new season, we need new players. The club offers different levels of rugby. If you are interested in joining, come down to training 7.30pm - 9.00pm every Tuesdays and Thursday evening.
