2009 Club Tour – Bournemouth Baby!

Many of you have been asking for more details about the tour so here they are in full…

The tour this year is to sunny Bournemouth, the theme was inadvertantly decided by Mal when he divulged that it had been 35 years since ELRFC last visited the seaside town, the committee feel that we should be as suitably dressed as our peers were then…that’s right 70’s disco feva!

Place: Sunny Bournemouth – 10’s Tournament
Date: 8th – 10th May
Deposit: £30 – to be paid by 12th Feb
Total Cost: £65 – Includes B&B & Tournament entry, balance to be paid by 26th March
Extra Costs: Tour Shirt & Socks TBC (est £25) Travel TBC (max £25)
Places available: 34 (29 Left)

Tour shirts will be available to all including those not touring so if you want one make it known before we order.  There is a limited number of socks (30) and these will be given out on a first come first served basis in relation to deposits, those that are too late will be subject to a special forfeit for the tour so you better be quick!

As mentioned above the theme is 70’s disco, tour songs will also from this decade with the exception of – “I’m F**king Matt Damon” (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McsNqGUwM5Qan) an ode to our Development XV Captain, song sheets will be distributed.  Tour rules are being formulated, a full list will be circulated nearer the time.
